Advanced Statistical Methods and Applications workshop, AIMS (African Institute of Mathematical Sciences), Mbour, Senegal, June, 15th-19th 2026

This workshop will take place at AIMS Senegal (June, 15th-19th, 2026) and bring together researchers from universities across Africa, Europe, and Canada to foster collaboration through talks and poster sessions in key areas including Nonparametric statistics, Time Series and Spatial statistics, Functional data analysis, Extreme Value Theory, Bayesian statistics, Biostatistics, with a focus on addressing major societal challenges such as agriculture, health, environment, ecology, energy, and hydrology. It is co-organized by the CNRS FANE-MATH-PE Network
