This workshop brings together researchers from universities across Africa, Europe, and Canada to foster collaboration through talks and poster sessions in key areas including Nonparametric statistics, Time Series and Spatial statistics, Functional data analysis, Extreme Value Theory, Bayesian statistics, Biostatistics, with a focus on addressing major societal challenges such as agriculture, health, environment, ecology, energy, and hydrology.
